The Digital Age Reflection

Looking back at the creation of my podcast, The Digital Age, brought technical ease, personal insight, and creative collaboration. I’m thrilled about how everything came together to produce an episode that I hope resonates with listeners as much as it does with me.

The structure of this project was straightforward, thanks to how accessible today’s tools for audio production are. Recording on my phone proved to be an effortless way to capture great quality audio. Beyond the technical aspects, what made this podcast truly special was the guest I invited, Julie Rodrigues. As a fellow Gen Zer, Julie brought a fresh perspective to our conversation. Hearing her insights about navigating the transition from college to career, shaped by her own unique experiences, allowed me to reflect more deeply on my own Journey. It was a reminder of how important it is to share and learn from others, especially within our generation.

I also drew inspiration from Suburb Talks, a podcast I’m fond of because of its casual, conversational style and a strong sense of camaraderie. Incorporating a guess with who I have a good interpersonal connection mirrored that five, making the outcome feel just as genuine and relatable.

As listeners soon hear The Digital Age, I hope they feel like a friend sitting with me, connecting over shared experiences and relating to the pop culture references throughout the podcast. My goal is to create a space that’s engaging, personal, and meaningful, just like the podcasts that inspire me.
